From her days as a standout basketball player at USC and a professional career overseas, to her triumphant rise in CrossFit, Jamie embodies resilience and excellence. Despite a devastating Achilles injury, she battled back to debut at the CrossFit Games in 2016, finishing 18th, and competed again in 2018 as part of a team. As the co-owner of Torrance CrossFit, she inspires a community, proving that true legends rise above challenges and inspire greatness in others.
